Having just been sent to live with her busy and inattentive uncle in NYC, Madison has little knowledge of the city or the people in it.
History
Madison grew up with well-to-do parents in Norwalk, Connecticut. Her parents didn't pay very much attention to her after her younger brother was born, so she had a tendency to look to other sources as figures of authority. It didn't take long for her to fall in with a bad crowd — but she maintained a duality of personality that kept her from being in too much trouble. To adults, she was a quiet and shy young girl; to the bullying types she hung out with, she was an obedient 'minion'. In truth, she simply was pretending on both fronts — acting however it seemed that the people around her wanted her to act. Unfortunately, she was eventually caught between lies, and sent away to live with her uncle in New York City.
Madison doesn't know anyone in NYC — her uncle is always busy with his job, leaving Madison largely unattended during the day. In fact, he's thus far failed to even enroll her in any of the local schools.
Timeline
- February 9th, 2009 - Arrival in New York City.
- February 23rd, 2009 - Madison gets lost in Chinatown, meeting a few people. Church seems a little scary.
- February 27th, 2009 - Madison learns that other people have abilities too!
Ability
Madison's ability is 'Induced Thermochemical Reaction'. Which might be scary if she could use it. Sadly she has only a tentative grasp — she can't even really explode yet. She can make water boil for tea though. If she doesn't accidentally burn herself on the heated water while doing it. Ooh. Scary.
