Persi's a vagrant, so far as anybody knows. She catches shuteye anywhere and everywhere and tends to wander to every far reach of the city imaginable for no particular reason other than to be there and take it all in.
History
Persi doesn't talk much about her past except in the vaguest of details; she was born in Seattle, Washington, she didn't get along with her parents, and she ended up here in New York (no explanation of why or how). That's about all anybody gets.

Quotes
"Hey, HEY! Pay attention! You were about to spend some money on me."
"This guy's always giving me food, it's great."
"HA! Fuck yeah! Free pretzel."
"That's not fair, Felix. Just because you're a cop doesn't mean you can use it in an argument. You don't hear me saying, 'Hey, don't be a douchebag or I'll steal your car,' now do you?"
"So, what's your name? Gully McGullible?"
Trivia
- Has a fear of any kind of enclosed space, but her actual phobia is merinthophobia, or a phobia of being tied up. In Persi's case, this applies to any kind of restraint, whether handcuffs or a silken necktie.
- Isn't all that Irish, really. Like, at all.
- Loves junkyards.
- Probably doesn't care.
