A not quite as mild version of her previous self, Rochelle in the Dark Future is a woman with a penchant for more throwdowns and associating herself with what the Government sees as less-savory or terrorist types.
Overview
In the world of the Dark Future, Rochelle is much the same, save for a great many more scars, shortened hair, and a more somber outlook on everything. In the version where Nathan Petrelli is in the seat of President, and the nation's humans are being toted off to camps, she has taken the side of the bad guys in the eyes of the Government, and her helping them comes in the form of her being a part of the sometimes less explosive Alliance formed by like-minded individuals. She helps this side of the coin however she can, her power of Negation being a useful asset to nearly everyone around her; while Rochelle might not know specific, shadowed, or important people, those people might know of her regardless. It is likely that some people in groups that associate with The Alliance could keeping tabs on her just in case. There are always times where she questions the people she has chosen to defend, but those doubts happen to even the best of people, and while she may not have a stone-hard belief in all of them, she will until they give her a reason not to.
Dark Future Trivia
- Through the grapevine, she goes by her staple nicknames of Rocky, Roxy, and Shelly, but Rochelle is also known as Leech as an homage to the X-Man and Morlock of the same name. Her power is different, but the concept remains. Lee refuses to call her such and has decided upon Equalizer in lieu of Leech.
- Despite the secretive and terrorist nature of some things she does, it is actually not very difficult to find or speak to Rochelle; usually all that people need to do is ask for her through The Alliance, and she'll often come to them in some form first. If not, she can be found somewhere amongst her allies. She may be pretty easy to track down publicly, but only one or two people actually know where she lives.
