Quetzalxochitl Ignatius Trinidad (better known as Q-Train) is a fresh transplant in the City. Along with his girl Cherise and his cousins Gimmie Dat and Shaniqua, he plans to take Manhattan over one block at a time. Or smoke weed and get into trouble. Whichever comes first, playa.

History

On October 23 of 1980, Quetzalxochitl Trinidad came in to the world while his mother Bertha cursed his worthless rasta of a father for leaving her. This didn't stop her from doting on little Q. Given very little discipline, he quickly matured in a mischevious little bastard. Stealing cookies. Shirking chores. Dodging class. It was a boy's dream. Unfortunately, that dream was shattered when he mother's heart failed and she died. At the age of seven, the now-bitter Q was shipped off to live with his cousin Gilbert.

Though losing a family member is always painful, Q's friendship with Gilbert helped pull him through. When Gil got tired of trying to pronounce Q's name, he instead dubbed his cousin 'Q-Train.' Though their interests differed, the two could rarely been found apart. Where Gil (now know as Gimme Dat) favored cars, Q-Train was all about the ladies. When they hit high school, they realized they had a winning combination. Gimme would provide the sweet ride, and Q-Train would provide sweet asses to fill the seats. Beautiful, right?

Gimme's family finally got sick of cleaning up after him and his cousin Q. Not only that, with both of them in their twenties, it was high time for them to get the hell out of Gimme's mommahouse. The pair of them were shipped off to Jacksonville, Florida to live with their Uncle Flav and Cousin Shaniqua. Immediately drafted to work at Flav's Waffle House, Q adapted to his new position with Gimme fairly quickly. As it was, Q liked the smell of bacon frying, and nobody cared if he and his cousin lit up a blunt in the cooler.

Life was good for Q-Train. His days were filled with fat white people eating breakfast, and his nights with female companionship. Everything was going great for him until Gimme started getting into trouble. Illegal racing was big in their neck of the woods, and Gimme had a fast-accumulating pile of debts. Q-Train threw himself headfirst into the world of petty crime to raise funds, and for a time he was able to keep up with Gimme's financial needs. Sadly, he couldn't keep the monkey off his cousin's back forever.

Q-Train met Cherise while he was putting their plan into motion. It was love at first sight. She was a little less impressed by him, but eventually she came around. After they started dating, it was she who negotiated the deal to get them weed in quantity. Then, intent on keeping Q out of trouble, she tagged along with him, Gimme, and Shaniqua on their delivery trip to NYC. Between the four of them, it wasn't hard to smoke most of the weed en route, making a return trip pretty much out of the question.

New York is as good a place as any for the dysfunctional team. Shaniqua's hairdressing career provides them with a semi-legitimate place to hide out between shennanigans, and Cherise's clear thinking and frequent smacks upside QT's head keep them out of mortal danger (most of the time.) Gimme provides the transportation, and Q-Train gets them into and out of trouble.
