"Baron Samedi" is a Haitian warlord with his hands in drug and weapon trade and human trafficking. He's an evolved human with impenetrable skin; as such, he is a god among his followers, ruling with power and fear.
He was put away by his brother, René ("The Haitian") and the Company, locked in Level 5. He was taken by Alpha Protocol during their raid and escaped during transit when Gene rescued Lena and Tiago. He has since rallied followers in the United States and begun to pick up where he left off in his ravaged homeland.
