"Legitimate business by day, supplies runners at night. We are Batman."

The Boondock Saints are a close group of friends and like-minded people in the city. They have a working relationship with the Alliance and have a stable base of operations inside the zoo, as well as others situated throughout New York.

History

"Let's be bad guys."

War is change, though not necessarily for the better. In 2009, things are dire, and the precepts of Darwinism rule the United States. Dog eat dog. Kill or be killed.

In New York City, two innocent children are slaughtered. An eccentric philanthropist nearly dies. A neighborhood dive gets blown up, and a corporate figurehead assassinated. All these tragedies string together in the wake of a series of disasters, sowing seeds of anger that give fruit to rebellion.

In this dark rift, the Boondock Saints are born, treading the middle line between Good and Bad, Dark and Light. Their cause is simple: to take care of their own while giving the giant middle finger to the fascist regime introduced by the newly annointed President Nathan Petrelli into the United States.

The Constitution is dead. There is a newfound struggle for simple freedoms and equalities, and the Saints are active participants.

Crusades

“I am the punishment of God…If you had not committed great sins, God would not have sent a punishment like me upon you.”

Inner Sanctum

Saints

  • Jack: Every team needs a leader and for the Saints, Jack is their Shepherd. War ravaged, unfair and Forever Pissed Off, Jack serves as the HNIC of this rag tag bunch of misfits. They look to him for guidance, shelter and a supremely hostile amount of general ass-kicking. Jack provides. (Codename: Shepherd)
  • Trina: Most mechanics are all grease, fast talking and buttcheeks. That isn't particularly the case for the Saints. You see, their mechanic knows a lot about the bodies of cars and it could have something to do with the fact that she maintains her own body on a regular basis. Whatever the case may be, she's the brains behind most of the wheels and serves as the Getaway Girl. Eat your heart out, Grand Theft Auto. And yes, she can drive stick. Ask Jack. (Codename: Greaseball)
  • Elena: Quite possibly the heart and soul of the Saints, Elena Gomez is what holds the team together. She provides the necessary stability that such a team like the Saints need. Beyond that, she's a formidable opponent of both the mind and body (and what a body it is), in addition to keeping everyone happy. Don't ask how. It just happens. (Codename: Dark Angel)
  • Eric: Nothing moves but the money and Eric's the money. Ruler of the darkness and shadow, Eric provides the necessary 'Dark Knight' appeal needed to any group. He doesn't "exist" publicly, and strives to keep it that way. He does, however, provide the Saints with much needed income. Ka-ching! (Codename: Scrooge McDuck)
  • Candy: Beauty, Brawn and Boobs. Candy Cain has stepped her game up from busty damsel in distress to busty damsel in less distress. She's not exactly a kick-ass fighter now, but she can do what she has to do when she has to do what she has to do. She's the in-house mother hen of the crew. Sometimes there's only one thing that can solve a problem: Bosomhugs. (Codename: Wonder Woman)
  • Gene: The smart one. When it comes to a team of funky freedom fighters, there always has to be that one dude that has the brains to do whatever needs to be done on a technical level. In addition to being the team's John Connor (Killbots FTW), Gene provides fills the void of TechnoWiz and makes life a few steps easier for the Saints. And we're not even going to get into the counter-scanning retina contact lenses that he wears. (Codename: Shaft)
  • McAlister: The People's Voice is always a Saint. While she carries on with her business of keeping the airwaves full of all the information they could ever need, she also works with the Saints in a way that makes her invaluable to the team. Single-handedly the best interrogator within the ranks, there's nothing stopping her from becoming The Closer. She gets shit done… and won't hesitate to tell you about it. (Codename: Metatron)
  • Prime: One of the founding members of the Boondock Saints, Prime has taken on a variety of roles. Knowing that he doesn't have the experience or knowledge to really be a leader, he's slid himself into a background role. Prime serves as Recon, Back Up, All Hands On Deck, Foot Soldiers, Cannon Fodder and general support staff of the Saints. He also does windows. In the end, if there's something that somebody on the Saints can't do, Prime picks up the slack. And he sometimes makes jokes. Kind of. (Codename: Dark Knight)
  • Rufio: The son of Rufus, this Naked Mole Rat has more fire and vengeance than Rufus did. Totally the token sidekick of Prime, Rufio does whatever he can to help Prime and by extension assists the Saints in some invaluable ways. Which isn't bad, for a rodent.

Kindred Spirits

  • Cass: Not an official member of the Saints, but core nonetheless, Cass serves as the Alliance Liaison and general book-smart boriqua… except she's not Latin, so forget the boriqua part. She's also a medic that the Saints can go to when they can't handle things themselves, or if they just want to see Cass in scrubs… mmmmmm scrubs. In the end, Cass is there for the Saints and vice versa. As long as you KNOW THE CODE. (Codename: Princess Leia)
  • Lachlan: Scottish Wolverine has become even more Wolverine-y. The future is dark and being the father of a baby in the darkness kind of makes the overprotective nature reach impossibly high levels. Which is good for Cass and Abby, but bad for anybody the Lach Ness Monster sets his sights on. Luckily, the Saints are on his side. Whenever they need an extra hand to layeth the smacketh down, Lach'll be there. If he doesn't have to babysit.
  • Ramon: When the world takes your eye and you lose your new wife… that's Amore. o/~ Well, actually, that's Ramon. From Professor X to Professor I Will Fuck You Up Something Fierce in two years, Mr. Gomez takes his life here very seriously. Funneling money into the Saints projects to keep them afloat and not hesitating to end the lives of foolish mortals who dare to oppose, Ramon is a trusted ally within the Saints extended network. And we haven't even mentioned the mind games…
  • Daphne: The Zookeeper, Daphne runs the Bronx Zoo, what is now a veritable fortress protected by more than just its fair shares of beautiful, dangerous creatures. Several Saints members and their Kindred Spirits are good friends with Daphne, and the relationship is closer to friendship than a strictly quid-pro-quo arrangement. The Saints provide the Zoo with supplies, Daphne provides them with shelter as well as a few extras when they need it.
  • Peter: Part of the Saints, kind of, on Elena's dime, Peter Petrelli is apparently from the past. Pulling a Marty McFly to save the future, according to him. Whether he'll be able to get over his hang-ups of being 'heroic' and actually kick some Empire ass is beyond the scope of knowledge of mankind. But there's always hope. Hope leads to Sex. Sex leads to Badass. Badass leads to the Dark Side. Where the Saints live. He's also become the unofficial breakfast chef of the crew, and everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Especially to Trina.

Sinners

  • Nathan Petrelli: When you turn your back on your best friend, you create a rift that can never be mended. And from that rift the Boondock Saints were born. The Saints have a lot to hate Nathan for, but they also, in way, could thank him for bringing them together. And they're going to. Someday. By shoving a rocket launcher up his supremacist ass.
  • Erin McCarty: After deliberately infecting the Voice with SARS, perhaps for the purposes of infecting all the other Saints through her, it was only Ali's mercy for her ex-roommate that saved her from being placed on a Kill Order by Elena, the Saints' second-in-command. While Elena has issued no order to actually hunt down Erin, she's on the Saints' Watch List - people either to avoid or kill on sight when absolutely necessary. Unfortunately for Erin, a few of the Saints have a penchant for taking matters into their own hands.
  • The Empire: While civilians are offlimits, agents of the current government, and loyal to President Petrelli, are free game. IT'S HUNTING SEASON.

Sheep

Sainthood

Arsenal

  • Weapons

Equipment

  • Cool gear, shit that Gene makes.

Locales

Phone Booths: Littered around the city, there are replica Phone Booths from a certain popular 80s time-traveling movie. They don't work, but they will take your quarter, so be careful. Anyway, these Phone Booths provide secret entrances to the the underground tunnel system that belongs to the Saints. Tunnels that lead to most of the Safehouses. In order to activate the elevator down, you must know what to dial. (Hint: Keanu Reeves)

Resources

  • Income: The Saints collect a little bit of everything from everywhere, honestly. With constant money coming in from the likes of Eric and Ramon, they can afford to pretty much do anything they want. That's not including the money that they get by less than kosher means. The Saints have no issues in doing whatever they have to do in order to keep their operations funded. Besides, bank jobs are fun.
  • Information: The Saints, thanks to Gene and its legitimate front, Lancaster Electronics, have acquired several IT contracts throughout the city when New York had to rebuild its electronic infrastructure after several meteorological disasters. By helping rebuild the electronic grids of several banks, hotels, and businesses, Gene was able to install back doors on all of these systems, giving the Saints ready access to these businesses and buildings whenever they want. The work also facilitated a handy front for collecting blueprints that would otherwise not be available in New York's public records.
  • The Alliance: Working with the Alliance has provided the Saints with… stuff. Which generally amounts to Cass being awesome. She's Princess Leia, we're Han Solo. It's a match made in Petrelli Hell.
  • Food: Considering the state of craziness that the world is in right now, getting food is not as easy as going to Albertson's. Although, they do have some pretty good sales. Anyway, the Saints have a variety of sekrit networks through which they partake in the obtaining and storing of food and beverage. Somehow, J. Stoppable is capable of making Nacos and a connection that Jack has makes sure that there they never have to ask this question: "Where's the Rum gone?"
  • The Flock: Foot soldiers, informants, store owners… anybody and everybody that believes in what the Saints are working for. They can be any one that can help the Saints. They don't have any clearance and can't be totally trusted, but every crazy group of awesome needs to have their own fanbase and the Saints have The Flock. They are recognized by a small 'Boondock Saints' pin worn somewhere on their person.
